Yes, you can get back your remaining money. This is all about your selected package. Currently it’s available only for yearly basis subscription. After receiving your cancellation request we will convert your yearly package as monthly package.
There will be minimum payment (3 months for each package). We will deduct the amount based on the consumed duration if it’s above 3 months (Eg: 5 months x 1monthly package amount) and the remaining amount will return you back.

Yes, you can do the package upgrade through admin dashboard. You need to pay only the difference amount between your current package and selected package
No, normally there is no hidden fee other than our package. But will charge you additionally in case you have additional requirement (Example: Custom module development, Different hosting server)
There are many reasons for the online payment failure. We have re-try payment option which will display along with the same order/invoice. You just need to click on the re-try payment button to initiate the online payment gateway.
Yes. Your customer can return the product after completing the invoice. Its allows the customer to return the product as partially or even the full quantity.
Yes U-BSOl provides that. You can make credit note based on the sales return from your customer.
Yes. We will do the customization as per your requirement. We charge you one time additional fee for the development cost which will be based on your requirement
There is no hosting charges or any hidden charges
As per the present situation we don’t have any plan for upgrading the package price. But it’s all about depends on many other factors. Mainly the price hike of the hosting and associated third party software’s will be reflect in our packages. We always try to be stable and provide best reliable pricing for our customers.
